✦ Do not use with hot liquids, as heat may damage the cup, wrap, seal, or decorative elements.

✦ Never place your cup in the microwave.

 

✦ DO NOT SOAK ✦

✦ Do not leave your cup submerged in water.

✦ Extended soaking may weaken adhesives and damage decorative elements.

 

✦ DRY THOROUGHLY ✦

✦ After washing, dry your cup completely with a soft towel.

✦ Avoid leaving moisture around the lid, seams, or decorative pieces.

 

✦ HANDLE WITH CARE ✦

✦ Avoid dropping, throwing, or exposing your cup to excessive force.

✦ Handmade cups are durable for everyday use but are not indestructible.

 

✦ PLEASE NOTE ✦

✦ Every Raevynn's Hollow cup includes a printed care card with these instructions.

✦ If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date.

✦ Please include clear photos of the shipping box, shipping label, packing materials, and the damaged cup. A short video of opening the package is also strongly recommended, as it may be required during the shipping claim process.

✦ Shipping damage is only eligible for replacement if Route Package Protection was purchased at checkout. Claims cannot be approved without the required documentation.

✦ Damage reported after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

✦ Damage caused by accidental drops, improper care, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
