✦ Orders are shipped only after they have been completed and passed their final quality check.

✦ Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.

✦ Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

 

✦ TRACKING YOUR ORDER ✦

✦ A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

✦ Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating.

✦ Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

✦ Raevynn's Hollow is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

✦ If you notice an address error before your order ships, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to update your information before your package is sent.

 

✦ LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES ✦

✦ Once a package has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, Raevynn's Hollow is no longer responsible for the package.

✦ If Route Package Protection was purchased at checkout, claims for lost or stolen packages should be submitted through Route.

 

✦ DAMAGED ORDERS ✦

✦ If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery time.

✦ Please include clear photos of the shipping box, shipping label, packing materials, and the damaged item.

✦ A video of opening the package is strongly recommended, as it may be requested during the claim process.

✦ Shipping damage is eligible for replacement only if Route Package Protection was purchased at checkout.

✦ Damage reported after 48 hours of delivery may not qualify for replacement.

 

✦ ORDER CANCELLATIONS ✦

✦ Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

✦ Once work has started on your handmade item, your order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

✦ If you need to request a cancellation or make changes to your order, please contact Raevynn's Hollow as soon as possible.

✦ While we'll always do our best to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
