Refund & Cancellation Policy

Each item is handmade and custom created just for you. Because of the time, care, and materials that go into every order, all sales are final, and I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order. Once production has begun, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue caused by my mistake, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I'll be happy to work with you to make it right.
